Description | Die LHM als Eigentümer und AG vertreten durch die Markthallen München (MHM) beabsichtigt die notwendigen statischen Ertüchtigungsmaßnahmen im Untergeschoß (leerstehend, nur Technikbereiche genutzt) der Großmarkthalle 1-6 auf dem Großmarktgelände, Schäftlarnstr. 10, 81371 München, durchzuführen. Für die Arbeiten wurden im Vorfeld Voruntersuchungen durchgeführt und eine Baugenehmigung eingeholt. Das Gebäude ist im EG in Betrieb (Großmarkthalle inkl. Nebengebäude, Lagerhallen/Verteilhallen für Obst und Gemüse). Vor der hier ausgeschriebenen Maßnahme sind bereits eine Maßnahme Freimachung UG mit Abbrucharbeiten, Entsorgung Schadstoffen und in Teilen brandschutztechnischer - und statischer Ertüchtigungsmaßnahmen und erste Bauabschnitte der statischen Ertüchtigungsmaßnahmen im Untergeschoß (BA01 u. BA07) erfolgt. Parallel erfolgt in Teilen noch eine laufende Sanierungsmaßnahme bei Halle 1 und dem Verwaltungsgebäude Süd. |
