The purpose of this synopsis is to identify organizations with the requisite qualifications to provide the services stated herein . Eligible and certified 8 ( a ) small businesses are encouraged to respond to this notice . The Government anticipates awarding a single Firm - Fixed - Price contract to one contractor . All work will be performed at the NIST Boulder Campus , Boulder , CO 80305 . The anticipated period of performance is 365 calendar days from notice to proceed .
