Description | All correspondence must be made through the Vendor Portal . 1 Required Item Guard1 downloader repair Diagnostic and Repair Labor Repair - TimeKeeping Systems Guard1 downloader IP Downloader - 3A000B6C Complaint : The downloader will not power on . Supplier to enter minimum repair charge for product when warranty has expired . PO will be amended for actual amounts as needed . Return Merchandise Authorization ( RMA ): ADOC will arrange to ship product to Supplier to perform service after issuance of Purchase Order . Supplier will ship product back to ADOC , at Supplier ' s cost , by the same shipping method ADOC ships to Supplier - next day , second day , or ground . ( NOTE : Unrepairable items will be shipped back via ground only .) Return product to : Alabama Department of Corrections Security Technology Division Attn : Laurin Manuel 222 Tarwater Dr . Wetumpka , Alabama 36092 To be invoiced in arrears . Award will be made to the lowest acceptable bidder meeting all specifications . |
