The contractor shall provide all necessary materials , labor , equipment , taxes , insurance , permits , transportation , and supervision to perform the Annual Power Generator Inspection and Preventative Maintenance Service at the Stockton AASF as outlined in section 3 . Specific Requirements . 1 . 2 . The annual service will be performed during a 3 - year period in the months of April 2026 , April 2027 , and April 2028 . 1 . 3 . Licensed personnel properly trained in the work to be done , shall execute in a safe , careful , neat , proficient manner and in compliance with acceptable trade practices .
