This Invitation for Bids will establish required contract unit priced items related to the Furnishing and Loading of Stone , Riprap , and Backfill Materials including screened topsoil , recycled material , fine aggregate sand and washed mortar sand as well as the Furnishing and Delivering of Stone , Riprap and Backfill Materials to the Depot or other designated locations . Stone , Riprap and Backfill Materials furnished under the terms of this Invitation for Bids must conform or exceed to the latest edition of the State of Maryland ’ s Standard Specifications for Construction and Materials including the latest applicable revisions as well as the requirements of Section D of this Invitation to Bid . Deliveries will be provided to the County depot locations referenced in this solicitation . Deliveries under the resulting Contract will be located within the political boundaries of Montgomery County , Maryland . It is the responsibility of the Contractor to be knowledgeable of the variety and scope of the County roadway infrastructure at the time of bid . This Summary Description does not in any way limit any scope of work , contractor ’ s responsibilities or requirements as outlined in this Solicitation .
