Wind and Water Tight ( WWT ) 2 . New or One - Trip containers preferred iii . Structural integrity suitable for static on - site storage iv . Steel construction with solid roof , walls , and doors 1 . Opening on the end , not the side . 2 . The two containers should match in exterior appearance 3 . No other modifications ( outlets , lights , interior paint , etc .) are needed to the standard container . b . Interior Requirements i . Clean , dry , and odor - free interior ii . Flooring capable of supporting furniture loads without deflection iii . No protruding fasteners , sharp edges , or exposed rust iv . Free of pests , mold , or contaminants |
