a . Provide all necessary equipment , materials , and labor to completely rehabilitate existing gravity feed storm lines as indicated on plans / item list with suitable cured - in - place pipe ( CIPP ) lining product . The cured pipe material shall satisfy all requirements set forth in the Technical Specifications listed below ( pg . 10 ). b . It is the bidder ’ s responsibility to verify all parameters of each location of storm systems to be lined prior to bidding and prior to starting lining process . This shall include but not limited to , excavation to access to storm lines and restoration of said excavations . This shall be a turnkey project and the use of City personnel to assist with the process will Not be provided c . Debris removed from storm line can be placed at City - designated area located at 2507 Camden Avenue . All other trash and debris is the contractor ’ s responsibility to properly dispose of . d . If water is required , Contractor may pump water from City Park pond , Southwood Park pond , or may obtain a hydrant meter from the Parkersburg Utility Board ( 304 - 424 - 8536 ). *** The use of water inversion is not permitted for the installation of lining . *** The use of PVC base structural liner will not be permitted
