Electrical & Lighting • Install new electrical outlets around the perimeter of the Conference Room and Office Area . • Separate stairwell lighting from Conference Room lighting ; the stairwell switch will control only the stairwell lights . • Install a new Conference Room light switch ( to the right inside the entry wall ). • Install a new Office Area light switch ( to the right inside the entry wall ). • Install a new drop ceiling in both the Conference Room and Office Area with integrated lighting and electrical components . • Install mechanical room lighting with three - way switches . • Main conference room lighting ( 2x4 fixtures ) to be provided by MoDOT . • Install fire extinguishers , smoke alarms , and carbon monoxide detectors as required by code . Doors & Hardware • Install white six - panel hollow core doors . • Office Area door : includes window panel and Best locking mechanism . o Door Hardware Core to be supplied by MoDOT . • Mechanical Room and Storage Area doors : standard passage doorknobs – quickset lever passage stainless steel . Interior Finishes • Install laminated flooring in Conference Room and Office Area . Contractor will supply samples to MoDOT for color selection . • Install black vinyl wall base moldings on all finished walls . • Fully finish the Office Area with insulated walls and drywall ( office area as well ). • Contractor shall provide paint color samples for review and approval for the conference room and office area , prior to application .
