Description | Background : In 2016 the entire Capitol Complex utility drawings were updated . Since then , some renovations of existing Capitol Complex building were completed , and new buildings were added . Private utilities associated with these projects need to be updated and irregularities in routes listed on existing drawings need to be investigated and captured . Project Scope : The Capitol Complex Utility File requires the following updates : • Evaluate files for the State Capitol Complex and Minnesota Senate Office Building • Locate missing public & private utilities for the State Capitol Building and grounds from all available resources that are not currently a part of Capitol Complex Utility File . • Locate public & private utilities associated with the Minnesota Senate Office Building • Update identified irregularities between utilities and file documents for the Capitol Complex . 1 . 1 Project Budgeted / Cost of Construction : tbd 1 . 2 Project Schedule : Complete by August 1 , 2026 1 . 3 Required design disciplines : Civil , Electrical 1 . 4 Anticipated Consultant Fees : Submit Exhibit B - Fee Proposal 1 . 5 Project Delivery Mode : Final Report With Discussion |
