closed

This is a one-time study, researching the following questions: (i) to what extent mobile services can substitute fixed services, especially broadband; (ii) how will this change over time, and what will be the role as key enabler to meet connectivity needs; (iii) analyse differences and effects of regulatory coverage obligations at MS and EU level; (iv) what are the different QOS and QOE measurement approaches and how comparable they are; (v) identify key elements to define a common standard to measure network performance; (vi) what are the key indicators for regulators to monitor and enforce high-performance and network reliability in the EU and compare with third countries.
