Study on value-added exposure estimates to assess spillovers and competitiveness

<b><i>Please note that this is not a call for tenders but a publication announcing the Contracting authority’s <a href="https://ec.europa.eu/docsroom/documents/40287" target="_blank">intention to publish a future negotiated low or middle valueprocedure. </a> </i></b><br></br>Assessing the pass-through of prices, output and demand across borders and industries is key to understanding external sustainability and macroeconomic spillovers. This is important at any time, but is particularly relevant now, when there are large shifts in prices and quantities across the globe. This project aims to upgrade the ability to estimate the transmission of price and quantity changes across borders, and will be an enhancement for surveillance under the MIP, and the monitoring and estimating of exchange rates.
