Description | Pursuant to the State Purchasing Act ( Official Code of Georgia Annotated §§ 50 - 5 - 50 et seq .), this electronic Request for Quotes (“ eRFQ ”) is being issued to establish a contract with one or more qualified suppliers who will provide Suicide Blankets and Suicide Smocks to the Georgia Department of Corrections ( hereinafter , “ the State Entity ”) as further described in this eRFQ . Material : • Self - Protection Blanket • Two - layer construction with heavy - duty Nylon quilted Polyester batting to prevent shredding and tearing • High - denier yarns used for a thicker more rigid profile • Heavy duty Nylon Upholstery thread Material : Product Features : • All hems Bartacked and lock stitched with bonded thread for added durability and safety • Size : o 54 ” x 80 ” • Resistance : o Fire o Tearing o Ripping • Machine Washable Product Features : Material : • Self - Protection Smock – Back Opening • Two - layer construction with heavy - weight nylon on the outsides and quilted polyester batting • High quality construction to reduce the risk of accidental openings and exposure Material : Product Features : • Velcro Hook and loop closures on shoulder and torso adjustments for easy application and size adjustment • Designed to allow for one - size - fits - most sizing • Resistance : o Fire o Tearing o Ripping Product Features : |
