Description | The Contractor shall provide equipment , personnel , and labor to semi - annually inspect , maintain , and repair identified discrepancies for five existing aircraft sunshades , to include but not limited to : structure , metal roofing , lights , electric , bird nesting mitigation , lightning protection , obstruction lighting , safety reflective devices , fall protection , and any other unique attached features as applicable . At a minimum , the Contractor shall inspect for , report , document , and repair identified discrepancies to include : inherent structural weakness ; corrosion ; improper installation ; design defect ; electrical defect ; weather or turbulence related damage ; improper use ; destruction ; signs or evidence of electrical , structural or mechanical failure ; severed item ; evidence of stress , buckling , fatigue , etc .; missing hardware ; loose hardware ; wildlife intrusion ; and / or other discrepancies not listed above .
