Delivery of a Microsoft 365 GCC High environment with required licensing for a minimum of 15 users . Delivery is expected by 1 June , allowing the average 6 - month turnaround for receipt of final certification documents by 3 Nov 2026 . The environment must be implemented within two months of contract execution ( ideally 1 June 2026 ), integrate with KU IT Security Office ( ITSO ) log monitoring and incident response processes , and include training for KU IT staff and affected researchers to ensure proper administration , secure operation , and compliant use of the environment . 1 . GCC High environment that is CMMC Level 2 compliant 2 . CUI compliant storage 3 . Full support of M365 GCC High environment for 1 year 4 . Shared Responsibility Matrix 5 .
