Republic of the PhilippinesPROVINCE OF CAGAYANMUNICIPALITY OF CLAVERIAINVITATION TO BID August 27, 2025 The Local Government Unit of Claveria, Cagayan would like to apply the sum Five Hundred Seventeen Thousand Nine Hundred Eighty Pesos (P 517,980.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the Contract for the Supply and Delivery of Materials and Equipment of Livelihood Kit of Abaca Craft Weaving, chargeable against Trust Fund. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. The Local Government Unit of Claveria, now invites bids for the Supply and Delivery of Materials and Equipment of Livelihood Kit of Abaca Craft Weaving. Completion of the Works is required within Forty-Five (45) Calendar Days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed within ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II, Instructions to Bidders. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedure using non-discretionary pass/fail criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules & Regulations (IRR) of RA 9184, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”. Interested bidders may obtain further information from the BAC Secretariat and inspect the bidding documents at the address given from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, working days. A complete set of bidding documents may be downloaded or purchased by Interested Bidders from the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee for the Bidding Documents in the amount of One Thousand Pesos (₱ 1,000.00) beginning August 28, 2025 until 8:30 AM of August 4, 2025. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 9:00 AM August 4, 2025. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security in any of the acceptable forms and in the amount stated in ITB Clause 18. Bids will be opened at 9:15 AM on August 4, 2025 at the BAC Office, 2nd Floor, Municipal Hall, Claveria, Cagayan in the presence of bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at the address stated. Late bids shall not be accepted. The Local Government Unit of Claveria reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, to annul the bidding process and to reject all bids at any time prior to contract award, without whereby incurring any liability to the affected bids or bidders.
