WHO is seeking for a qualified, eligible and competent proposer for the  Supply and Installation of Solar Power System for Arabata Health Centre and RTT Clinic on Teraina Island, Kiribati.Method(s) to Carry Out the Activity:Engage in discussions with the WHO Country Office and the Ministry of Health and Medical Services (MHMS) team to confirm all requirements and timelines.Prepare and submit a detailed work plan outlining the tasks to be carried out with the budget componentProcure, install, and commission a solar energy system (panel, batteries, and accessories)Repair and replace any faulty electrical system (wiring, switchboards, switches, power points, ceiling fans, etc).Conduct training for users on the maintenance and troubleshooting of the solar system.Submit a project completion report.Outputs:Output 1: Prepared a detailed work plan for the work to be carried out.Output 2: Supplied the solar energy sets according to specifications detailed in the Terms of Reference.Output 3: Installed and commissioned the solar energy sets at the specified sites.Output 4: Repaired and replaced any faulty components of the existing electrical system.Output 5: Conducted training of the staff at the clinic on how to operate and maintain the system, and supplied comprehensive documentation.Output 6: Submitted a project completion report.Please refer to theRequest for Proposals and Terms of Referencefor more detailed information.Please use the subject lineWHO Bid Reference WPRO/2026-03/KIR/295932in all email submissions.
