Description
Description | PHA seeks to award multiple contracts to Consultants to provide environmental engineering services on various projects throughout the City of Philadelphia on an as - needed basis . These projects may involve new developments , redevelopment or major rehabilitation projects . Consultant will provide environmental review and documentation pursuant to 24 CFR Part 50 and Part 58 which applies to programs that allow a responsible entity to perform the environmental reviews . When requested , Consultant will assist PHA with completion of HUD form 4128 , " Environmental Assessment and Compliance Findings for the Related Laws ," and provide requisite documentation pertaining to the assessments provided and assistance and support of PHA ' s requirements under HUD ' s program . The extent of the examination varies , but every project must be in compliance with the National Environmental Protection Act ( NEPA ) and other related Federal and state environmental laws . Consultant will be responsible for uploading information into HEROS once PHA has approved it . |
