SWIMMING POOL CLEANING SERVICES - SOW

Cleaning and maintenance of six ( 6 ) swimming pools of the County of Los Angeles Probation Dept . camps ; All facilities require services daytime service once per week during the winter months of November through April ( not to exceed 5 times per month ) and twice per week during the summer schedule months of May through October ( not to exceed 10 times per month ). No charge for service requested between scheduled treatment days . Upon each visit , the pool service technician will make a thorough inspection of the areas scheduled for service . INDICATE EXEPTION OR “ AS SPECIFIED BELOW ” Contractor must provide a “ service ticket ” each time a service is rendered and / or performed . A service ticket signed by the person in charge shall be obtained for verification of service . Copies of signed service tickets must accompany monthly statements . Services will include vacuuming , skimming and brushing the swimming pool on each visit . This process will remove any foreign material which has gotten into the pool . The swimming pool ’ s water chemistry will be tested on each visit . Chemicals will be added in accordance with the testing results . Chemical balance will meet all city codes about the proper levels of chlorine , PH and alkalinity and the removal of algae .
