Description | Project Overview : The City seeks qualified contractors to provide materials , tools , supplies , labor , supervision , equipment and services necessary to fulfill proposed MISO requirements to have the diesel generator engine started , online , and generating in less than 30 minutes of notification to run . General Requirements : • All work must comply with applicable codes and standards . • Contractor to provide all materials , labor , tools , and supervision . • Include testing , commissioning , and documentation . • Exclusions : Taxes , permits , excavation , concrete work , utility fees , broadband service , and any items not explicitly listed . Work Components : 1 . Provide and install additional PLC control modules . 2 . Provide and install generator protection module – reverse power , over current , under / over voltage 3 . Provide and install auto synchronizer 4 . Provide and install breaker control relays 5 . Provide and install interconnection wiring between switchgear and plc control cabinet 6 . Provide training for facility operating personnel |
