Description

The general scope is as follows :  Replace existing boiler with two ( 2 ) new high - efficiency natural gas condensing boilers .  Sequence the project to keep the hot water heating system operational through the project .  Create a primary / secondary HW loop system .  Provide two ( 2 ) new Boiler Pumps and replace the two ( 2 ) secondary existing pumps . All pumps shall be provided with Variable Frequency Drives .  Rework the boiler flue venting .  Connect the new hot water system to the existing Schneider Electric EcoStruxure BAS system .  Rework electrical power for new mechanical systems .  Convert existing 3 - way valves on VAV boxes to 2 - way by closing the bypass valve .
