THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE/SYNOPSIS: The Army Contracting Command – Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA proposes to solicit a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) one time requirement for the Environmental Control Unit (ECU) F100-60 Green and F100-60 Tan. This solicitation will be restricted to HDT Expeditionary Systems, Inc. (CAGE: 92878) under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1(a)(2), “Only One Responsible Source and No other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements”. CAUTION: The solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is in fact unable to maintain a bidder mailing list. It is therefore incumbent upon any interested parties to periodically access the above internet address to obtain any amendments which may be issued.
