Tall Grass Park is an existing 9 - acre park in unincorporated Arapahoe County . Park renovations includes 2 pickleball courts , a vault restroom , boardwalk , and walkways . Improvements generally include clearing and grubbing , site preparation / earthwork ( incl . herbicide treatment to kill existing grass ), erosion control measures , irrigation system addition / modification , landscaping ( seeding , sodding , trees and shrubs , crusher fines paving , concrete paving , boardwalk construction , court construction , restroom installation , boulder steps installation , concrete seatwall construction , site furnishinginstallation , and fence / gate installation .
