The Department of Housing, Local Government, Planning and Public Works (the department)has issued this Invitation to Offer (ITO) with the objective of procuring value for money, quality suppliers that can successfully deliver:Property and tenancy management (PTM) servicesSpecialist Homelessness Services (SHS) support servicesThe successful supplier/s will provide a joint offer for PTM and SHS servicesand will have the requisite skills, experience and capacity to undertake this work to the requirements outlined in this ITO.A site visit has been scheduled for 10am, Friday 19 July 2024 at 3745 Pacific Highway, Slacks Creek.It is a mandatory requirement that:The successful supplier of PTM services must be an existing Registered Community Housing Provider funded by the Queensland Department of Housing.The successful supplier of SHS supported housing must be an existing Queensland department funded SHS.Suppliers complete the Expenditure Plan (Attachment 1) for the three-year period that is within the allocated budget.Suppliers complete the Ethical Supplier Threshold Form and meet theEthical Supplier Threshold.Suppliers complete the Queensland Supplier Code of Conduct declaration form and warrant that they will comply with the Queensland Supplier Code of Conduct.For detailed information on the specific goods / services sought under this tender, please review the "Specification Documents" in "Section 3 - Here is the detail".
