Compression Brake e . 1550 lb .- ft torque or greater f . 12 - liter engine displacement or greater 3 . ELECTRONIC PARAMETERS a . Must sustain a speed of between 70 and 75 Miles Per Hour ( MPH ) at governed Revolutions Per Minute ( RPM ) 4 . ENGINE EQUIPMENT a . Alternator : 12 - volt ( V ), 160 amp minimum b . Automatic fan drive c . 115V engine block heater , plug - in receptacle mounted under cab , left hand ( LH ) door d . Automatic engine de - rate system with light and buzzer e . Battery box with cover , frame mounted f . Three ( 3 ) 12V maintenance - free batteries ( 1950 cold cranking amps ( CCA ) minimum ) g . Jump post h . Air compressor , minimum of 13 cubic feet per minute ( CFM ) i . Heavy duty ( HD ) cooling capacity j . HD air filter with restriction gauge k . Battery disconnect switch 5 .
