Purpose of this bid is for the ROV inspection of 39 water tanks at 37 different locations within the City of Asheville ’ s water distribution system . This bid also includes pressure washing and repairs for 39 water tanks at 37 different locations as needed . Scope : The City of Asheville is seeking ROV tank inspection services for 39 water tanks at 37 different locations . The City of Asheville is also seeking tank repairs and pressure washing upon completion of inspection as needed . A minimum of two hard copies and one digital copy of detailed inspection reports , including photos and findings , must be delivered to the City of Asheville upon completion . . Item One : Pricing for 39 ROV tank inspections and inspection reports for each site at 37 locations . Item Two : Repair and pressure washing for 39 water tanks as needed : Hourly rate for repair services Markup on cost of materials Other fees : ( Travel , Mobilization cost , etc ) if any Item Three : Provide references for similar projects Item Four : Provide qualifications as listed below : Qualifications - Diving certification - Divers must be graduates of an accredited commercial diving academy and hold an ADCI card ; have certification in confined space operations and must hold a current first aid certificate . Dive companies should have a minimum of 15 years experience in diving operations and tank services . They should have capabilities of live video feeds and hard - wired communications between the diver ( s ) and control station . Must have a guaranteed response time of at least 24 hours for emergency repair and malfunction and 72 hours for non emergency generator repair .
