All other terms and conditions remain UNCHANGED.********************Amendment 0002 ***** Amendment 0002 is being issued to respond to additional bidder inquiries, remove Davis-Bacon Construction Wage Determinations MI20260157 and MI20260158 and replace them with Davis-Bacon Construction Wage Determination MI20260043. All other terms and conditions remain UNCHANGED. ***********************Amendment 0001 ******Amendment 0001 is being issued to update the Specifications, Bid Schedule, and Scoping Statement in response to bidder inquiries received. CLIN 0007 is changed from Environmental Remediation Services to Construction. Amendment 0001 also updates the Wage Determinations found in Section L Instructions, Conditions, and Notices to Offerors or Quoters. All other terms and conditions remain UNCHANGED. ********************************************The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Detroit District is seeking a contractor for a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) environmental services contract for the Tar Lake Superfund project located in Mancelona Township, Michigan. The project includes the excavation of contaminated soil and expansion of a bio-sparge system at the Tar Lake Superfund Site in Mancelona Township, Ml. The project will involve excavation of approximately 172,500 tons of contaminated soil, backfilling with clean imported soils, installing new biosparge wells, and an approximately 160 square foot pre-engineered structure to house the biosparge system compressors. Ancillary activities include abandoning existing groundwater monitoring wells, installing new groundwater monitoring wells, installing erosion control measures, conducting a utility survey to locate existing bio-sparge system piping, confirmation soil sampling,and site restoration. |
