Temporary Bleacher Rental

Provide and install temporary rental bleachers at the Action Sports Arena , the Pig Race Arena , Livestock and VIP steps . The District reserves the right to modify rental period and / or the temporary rental bleachers quantity . Reduced and / or additional costs , if any , will be mutually agreed upon by Contractor and the District . B . Action Sport Arena ( 2026 rental is not part of this bid . Only require for 2027 , 2028 , 2029 , 2030 ) a . Provide and install temporary rental bleachers for the first year in March 2027 and completed no later than April 1st , 2027 . This schedule must be adhered to for each additional contracted year . b . Dismantle and remove temporary rental bleachers for Action Sport Arena upon notification from the District . It is anticipated temporary rental bleachers will be available for removal beginning October 29 of each contracted year . Removal dates for option years will be provided no later than thirty ( 30 ) days before pickup is required . c . Set up dates for option years will be provided no later than thirty ( 30 ) days before delivery is required . d . Temporary rental bleachers shall be installed according to the following specifications : i . Turns 1 & 2 : 60 ’ long x 21 - row grandstand elevated 40 ” with a 5 ’ wide x 70 ’ long front walkway and two ( 2 ) stairways . ii . Turns 3 & 4 : 60 ’ long x 21 - row grandstand elevated 40 ” with a 5 ’ wide x 70 ’ long front walkway and tow ( 2 ) stairways .
