The Housing Authority of the City of Camden invites proposals from a highly qualified temporary staffing agency ( Contractor ) to supply the HACC with high - quality , cost - effective , professional maintenance and administrative temporary employees on an as - needed , agency wide basis . The Contractor will provide the HACC with qualified candidates for temporary positions , often under tight deadlines . Work will be authorized on an as - needed basis via purchase orders issued under a master agreement . The Contractor will be required to conduct all stages of candidate identification , including sourcing candidates and advertising specific available positions to reach potential candidates . The Contractor will be required to furnish complete , detailed references and background checks for each successful candidate . The Contractor will be required to provide reports regarding temporary staff usage and costs to the HACC upon request .
