The purpose of this RFP is to secure a Temporary VIP Structure vendor for FIFA Fan Festival Atlanta . A safe and structurally sound build that is in like - new condition is of the utmost importance . Your team must have extensive experience in building structures and major events . Anticipated capacity is between 250 and 500 . The event venue is Centennial Olympic Park in Atlanta , GA . Scope of Work 1 . Structure a . 12 . 5 meter x 30 meter structure ( Losberger or similar ), including all ballast b . At least 3 . 4 meter legs c . Interior Eve hardwall inset 5m ( creating a 7 . 5m x 30m interior area ) d . Glass wall on front ( 30m ) and sides ( 7 . 5m ). Hardwall on back ( 30m ) e . Glass handrail along front 30 meter run and 5 meter of exterior on each side 2 . Substructure , Ramps & Stairs a . Leveled floor total footprint of 13 meters deep x 21 meters long i . 11 meters deep x 31 meters long @ 4 ’ h ii . 1 . 5 meters deep x 31 meters long @ 3 ’ h ( front edged ) b . Event carpet on all flooring c . Full black scrim wrap around entire base d . ( 1 ) ADA ramp e . ( 2 ) Stairwells 3 . Dates a . Load - In Dates : Tuesday , May 26 – Wednesday , June 11 ( Primary structure completed by June 2 ) b . Event Dates : ( 21 ) Event Days from Thursday , June 11 – Wednesday , July 15 c . Load - Out Dates : Thursday , July 16 – Wednesday , July 22 4 . Details a . Event will handle permitting process , but vendor required to include and provide stamped engineering drawings b . Vendor should plan on providing lodging , expenses , and heavy equipment in their bid c . Selected vendor will be required to collaborate with selected temporary power and HVAC vendor d . Include fire and life safety package ( exit signs , fire extinguishers , requisite signage , egress plan , etc .) e . Space will be limited . All trucks should expect to drop and leave site once offloaded unless otherwise advanced . Please clarify all costs associated with keeping your trucks off - site in your budget . 5 . Site Surveys a . Selected contractor may be required to visit the site following the award of this contract to perform a site survey with the production team between March and April . Best efforts will be made to accommodate everyone ’ s schedule . Flights and hotels for this site survey shall be the responsibility of the selected contractor .
