COPE OF WORK The City seeks qualified Proposers to provide Terminal Cleaning Services as ordered and directed by the Airport Representative . To be considered “ qualified ,” a Proposer should have experience performing cleaning services in large high traffic commercial settings that are open and operational 24 hours per day , 7 days per week , 365 days per year . In addition , Proposers should have a minimum of eight ( 8 ) years of experience within the last ten ( 10 ) years providing Terminal Cleaning Services of the nature described in this RFP at Medium Hub Airports and / or Large Hub Airports , as defined by the Federal Aviation Administration ( FAA ) or a similarly large scale , heavily trafficked public facility . In addition , Proposer ’ s key personnel assigned to provide management of the Terminal Cleaning Services to the Airport must have at least three ( 3 ) years full - time paid professional experience providing management of cleaning / janitorial services of the nature described in this RFP . The scope of the Terminal Cleaning Services will include , but may not necessarily be limited to : provision of all labor , equipment , and supplies necessary ( with the exception of supplies provided by the City . Appendix B , attached hereto , contains a list of all Airport - Supplied Products .) for the efficient and routine cleaning and maintenance of a first - class travel facility , including exterior walkways , platforms , sidewalks , and curbs , interior hallways and corridors , restrooms , airport concourses , administrative offices and conference rooms , and other areas where the traveling public congregates .
