● Determine the best option ( s ) for a replacement fire suppression system at THS . ○ Explore best options and approve with Cody and Brian prior to submitting the final design plan (. e . g . Glycol vs nitrogen / gas system vs dry system , etc . ). ○ What the job details would be required ( e . g . remove ceiling / insulation , redesign pipe pathways , etc .) ● Design Phase Services : Design , building code analysis , and preparation of design documents for review and approval by Cody and Brian ● Oversee project from start to finish and coordinate any changes / updates directly with Cody ● Material & Equipment : Supply of all pipe , fittings , sprinklers , pumps , valves , and seismic bracing ● Installation : Physical labor to install the system including core drilling , hangars , and any necessary water supply upgrades . Also , repair / replacement of anything that has to be removed for installation ( e . g . dry wall , insulation , etc .) ● Integration : Coordination with existing fire alarm control panels and systems ● Permitting : Any permitting required is contractor responsibility ● Testing & Commissioning : Full flow performance tests , hydrostating testing and staff training on system operations . Post installation support as needed . ● Date of start and finish deadlines .
