Deze uitrusting stelt het Belgische militaire personeel in staat om doelen op verschillende afstanden te detecteren, herkennen en identificeren, zowel overdag als in volledige duisternis, en dit onder moeilijke weersomstandigheden of bij beperkte zichtbaarheid. Alvorens de verschillende dossiers worden opgestart, wenst Defensie de markt te consulteren om potentiële inschrijvers te identificeren en de aankoopstrategie te bepalen. |
