Description | • Evaluation of Existing Conditions : o Conduct thorough reviews of the current roofing systems and all related building components . • Roofing System Options : o Assess and compare appropriate roofing system replacements , including cost , performance , durability , efficiency , maintainability , and overall applicability to the facility . • Ancillary Work Requirements : o Identify and evaluate all supporting scope needs , which may include : ▪ Structural and architectural assessments ▪ Insulation upgrades ▪ Mechanical , electrical , and plumbing ( MEP ) coordination associated with existing rooftop equipment ▪ Investigation and recommendations related to the existing drainage and gutter systems • Cost Estimates : o Provide detailed cost estimates for all recommended roofing systems and associated ancillary work . • Project Delivery & Scheduling : o Develop project delivery recommendations and preliminary schedule information that aligns with the Town ’ s Planning review and approval process . Upon acceptance by the Town , final design documentation and construction activities will proceed in accordance with agreed - upon schedules . |
