Description | Ocala Electric Utility ( OEU ) is seeking proposals for the supply of a Three - Phase Meter Test Board capable of performing comprehensive meter accuracy and functional testing for solid - state electric meters used in the Utility ’ s metering program . The proposed system shall provide high accuracy , operational reliability , ease of use , and must support testing requirements for both current and future metering technologies . The system shall include all hardware , software , and accessories necessary to perform the required testing functions . The Proposer shall also provide : • Future software updates • Data integration capability with the Utility ’ s system of record • On - site training Meter testing shall be capable of performing using one or both : 1 . The meter test board keypad interface 2 . A stand - alone computer interface The system must include an integrated reference standard , digital waveform generation capability , and an automated meter socket capable of supporting both standard and advanced meter testing procedures . |
