Description | NOTICE SUMMARY : Whereas , ORS 279A . 220 ( 2 )( b )( B ) requires the contracting agency shall advertise a notice of intent to establish a contract or price agreement through an interstate cooperative procurement for purchases of certain thresholds . Lane Transit District ( LTD ) as the contracting agency , hereby issues this Public Notice for the purpose of taking comments on LTDs intent to enter into a contract with New Flyer of America , through the Washington Department of Enterprise Services cooperative agreement (# 06719 - 01 ), for Heavy Duty Buses . This contract will allow LTD to purchase three ( 3 ) 60ft , three - door , diesel buses for $ 1 , 236 , 833 . 05 each , with federal funds . |
