Tile Replacement on James J . Eagan Pool Deck

The City of Florissant is soliciting sealed bids from qualified , professional contractors to furnish all labor , materials , equipment , and supervision necessary to remove and replace the existing pool deck tile surrounding the indoor pool at the James J . Eagan Center . All work shall be performed during the facility ’ s annual pool shutdown period and must be fully completed in August 2026 , in coordination with City staff to minimize disruption and ensure timely reopening of the facility in September 2026 . The project includes , but is not limited to , demolition and disposal of existing tile , surface preparation , installation of new pool deck tile and associated materials , and restoration of adjacent areas affected by the work . All work shall comply with applicable local , state , and federal codes , industry standards , and manufacturer recommendations , and shall be completed in a safe and workmanlike manner .
