Description | Contractor agrees to provide to the California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection ( CAL FIRE ) Timber Sale Services , as described herein : The State of California , Department of Forestry and Fire Protection ( CAL FIRE ) hereinafter called the STATE agrees to sell to TBD , hereinafter called the PURCHASER and the PURCHASER agrees to purchase from the STATE , all the live timber designated for cutting by the STATE , and merchantable as hereinafter defined at the rate and in strict conformity with the requirements and conditions hereinafter set forth for sawlogs and other merchantable material . The PURCHASER further agrees to do other work as herein specified . PURCHASER shall provide all materials , labor , equipment , tools , permits , taxes , transportation , and fees described herein and in strict conformity with the requirements and conditions hereafter set forth for sawlogs and other merchantable material . |
