The sale consists of twelve ( 12 ) sale units totaling 6662 acres , which will be offered and awarded to the highest bidder on a per - unit basis . This timber sale was not formally appraised . A minimum bid of $ 0 . 01 / Ton is required . imber available for purchase includes storm - damaged trees for sawtimber and POL as described in the prospectus . This is a flat rate sale with no escalation or de - escalation provisions . |
