SPECIFICATIONS 4 . 4 Tire Carousel : The following list the minimum specifications required for a tire carousel . Bidders must bid as specified or an approved equal . Sevier County requests that vendors bid from current inventory to expedite the acquisition of the item , if possible . Sevier County understands the item may have to be ordered if not available from current inventory . • Capacity : Minimum 100 tires ( 11 " tires ) • Dimensions : Minimum Height 20 ft ., Minimum Width 12 ft ., Minimum Depth 8 ft . • Automatic Controls with Emergency Stop Note : These are the minimum specifications for the item . This is not a comprehensive list of all specifications available . Bidders must submit accordingly . DETAILED SUBMITTAL : Vendors must submit a factory detailed sheet with their bid listing all standard equipment and the optional equipment listed above for the item ( s ) as specified above . Vendors are to include all costs associated with each detailed item on this sheet . This is to ensure all item ( s ) are bid as specified . Note : Failure to respond to Section 4 . 4 may be just cause for rejection of bid . WARRANTY : All vendors must submit the manufacturer ’ s standard warranty and shall promptly replace or repair defective material , parts , workmanship and / or inadequate design at no cost to Sevier County . MANUALS : The successful vendor shall furnish all owner ’ s and operator ’ s manuals for the item ( s )
