SCOPE OF SERVICES Selected firms will work with District staff & District consultant staff to provide FF & E related services . The firm is required to submit a project ROM , a line itemized specification index identifying all product details such as quantities , product warranties & costs , and Furniture Plans for approval . The firm must provide FF & E Selections presented in “ Exhibit B ” by the Architect . If an alternate is required due to the original specification being discontinued , an equal alternate must be sourced and go through an alternate approval process . The Architect of Record ( AOR ) for the project has already programmed , planned and specified approximately 100 % of the overall FF & E for the project . Through coordination with the AOR and District Staff , items not completed will have to be finalized and provided by the awarded firm . The scope of services as defined below may include , but are not limited to : 1 . Meet with staff or consultants to provide design and consulting services for future modifications , reconfigurations , and installations of FF & E ; 2 . Meet with staff or consultants , and / or project contractors to coordinate services relating to electrical , data , low voltage etc ., to ensure installations occur with limited conflicts per site approved installation layouts ; 3 . Provide Commercial Furniture products and installation services for a variety of District approved vendors & FF & E , per Exhibit B attached ; 4 . Procure , Receive , Store , Deliver and Install all products including items classified as miscellaneous FF & E , such as indoor trash cans , small appliances , pencil sharpeners , flag poles , flags , janitorial supplies etc .; 5 . Asset Tagging FF & E as per the district standards and district forms ; 6 . Provide management and support during the installation process through punch list , project close out , and a one - year warranty support for return trips as needed . The scope of services are to be a not to exceed cost which is to include all parts , equipment and labor to perform the specific contracted project scope of work , including any planned tariff charges . Current prevailing wage rates are to be quoted for all labor services . The following timelines have been coordinated with the District & Site to prepare for the return of students in August 2026 . However , are subject to change as directed by staff . Part One – FF & E Procurement March 2026 through June 2026 • Procure all project specific FF & E based on selected manufacturers lead time to ensure all items are received by awarded firm prior to start of Part Two . Part Two – New FF & E Delivery & Installation July 2026 through August 2026 • Generate an FF & E Rollout Schedule • Conduct Site Visit to verify schedule and the site is ready to receive New FF & E • Install the New FF & E per the Approved Furniture Plans III .
