Description | Lansing Community College ( LCC ) is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to remove and replace the existing fire suppression system supporting the auxiliary spaces adjacent to the TV studio . Work will include minor reconfiguration of walls , replacement of existing ceilings and interior finishes , mechanical and electrical system modifications . Included in the proposal , the Contractor will provide for the installation of all components , supply all tools and equipment to successfully complete the work . The Contractor will include demolition , removal , and disposal of any existing equipment and / or materials deemed necessary for a complete installation . See more |
