TNF Elevator and Lift MaintenanceThis solicitation is to establish a Firm - Fixed Price , Requirements , Non - Personal Services contract for commercial elevator and lift maintenance for the Forest Service , Tongass National Forest ( TNF ), Southeast Alaska . Purpose : The purpose of this contract is to ensure elevators and lifts are fully functional , compliant with American National Standards Institute ( ANSI )/ American Society of Mechanical Engineers ( ASME ) and Occupational Safety and Health Administration ( OSHA ) requirements , certified , and safe for use . Description of Services : The contractor shall furnish all labor , supervision , management , tools , materials , equipment , facilities , transportation , and all other items and non ‑ personal services necessary to provide elevator and lift maintenance for multiple Tongass National Forest facilities throughout Southeast Alaska . Services include , but are not limited to , preventive maintenance , inspection , testing , minor repairs , remote monitoring , and load testing to ensure all units remain safe and operational . All services shall be performed in accordance with ( IAW ) this Performance Work Statement ( PWS ), the manufacturer ’ s technical manuals for each unit type , and all applicable local , state , and federal standards , laws , and regulations . Place of Performance : The work shall be performed at multiple TNF facilities located throughout Southeast Alaska : Juneau , Craig , Thorne Bay , Sitka , Wrangell , and Petersburg . Period of Performance : The period of performance shall be for 1 Base Period of 12 - months and 4 Option Periods of 12 - months each .
