INVITATION TO BIDBid No. B-220-2023 1. The Provincial Government of Negros Oriental, through the Source of Fund: SP Res. No.660-2022 AO#4, Series of 2022 Gen. Fund, CY 2022 / Responsibility Center:, intends to apply the sum of One Million Nine Hundred Sixty Thousand Pesos (Php 1,960,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract To hire contractor to provide materials, labor and equipment for the "Improvement/Repair of Nabilog Community Primary Hospital Brgy. Nabilog, Tayasan, Negros Oriental”. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.2. The Provincial Government of Negros Oriental now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required 76 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184. 4.
