Description | The Department of Health and Senior Services requires a single feasible source contract for a Tobacco Prevention and Control Youth Leadership Program to engage and grow youth as leaders in Missouri communities most impacted by tobacco use and related diseases and deaths , equipping and empowering the youth with the necessary knowledge , skills , and tools , including a policy campaign to effectively educate and mobilize peers , communities , and decision - makers to support smoke - free policy change . Rescue Agency Public Benefit , LLC ’ s unique expertise in behavior change marketing services focuses on effective , positive social change . Rescue Agency Public Benefit , LLC developed and implemented two proprietary behavior change marketing strategies , Policy 360TM and Evolvement , to assist States in creating policy change campaigns and engage youth in the campaigns to educate , advocate , and build community readiness for policy changes that remove barriers to healthy behaviors and improve the health of communities . |
