Description | Region Syddanmark udbyder en totalentreprisekontrakt vedrørende projektering og udførelse af konvertering af almenpsykiatrisk afsnit B på Psykiatrisk Afdeling Esbjerg til retspsykiatri. Projektet omfatter etablering af et nyt retspsykiatrisk afsnit gennem ombygning og tilbygning af det eksisterende almenpsykiatriske afsnit B. Den eksisterende bygningsmasse, der skal renoveres, er på ca. 1.200 m² og der nybygges ca. 860 m². Der etableres ca. 1.200 m² skærmet have/opholdsarealer i tilknytning til afsnittet. Projektet udbydes i totalentreprise på grundlag af byggeprogram med plangrundlag på dispositionsforslagsniveau. Der er bæredygtighedskrav til byggeriet, men projektet skal ikke DGNB certificeres. Se forventet tidsplan for projektet i hovedtidsplan i udbudsmaterialet. |
