Description | The contractor will supply all labor and materials to restore the totem pole and panels ( see EXHIBIT 1 ). The work includes : Removing and replacing damaged posts and beams with pressure - treated and red cedar wood . 4 ” x 8 ” x 10 ’ pressure treated beams – quantity of 2 4 ” x 8 ” x 12 ’ red cedar beams – quantity of 2 10 ” diameter x 86 ” tall poles – quantity of 2 Scraping and painting the totem pole and panels with a matching exterior latex paint . Cleaning all surfaces and applying fungicide and water repellent to the entire structure , including the concrete base and planters . Replacing the copper pole cap . The contractor is responsible for the disposal of all used materials and must complete all work with the structures in place . |
