Description | Contractor , upon request from the County , agrees to dispatch on a rotational basis , tow companies who have met the County ’ s requirements and are certified by the Towing Coordinator to be placed on the rotation list for that particular district tow area . Contractor will keep records of tows , including final disposition . Contractor will provide information to Washington County Sheriff ’ s Office and tow companies on the rotation list in a timely manner when requested . Contractor will provide written reports to Towing Coordinator and Tow Companies as requested . Contractor will prepare reports showing dispatch time for Contractor and response times for towers . |
