Description | Part 1 ( Stairs Repair ) - • Reinforce the structure by adding steel hanger to support for the floor joists to improve the settled wood frame landing and stair stringers . • Reinforce the supporting structure to improve the settled cross beam landing frames . • Install drywalls on walls , ceilings and landing for the enclosed space under the stairs . • Improve the handrail and guardrail system including installing a graspable handrail to comply with the current building code standards . Part 2 ( Soundproof insulation installation ) – • Remove the door and frame between Women ’ s Bathroom and DPW Engineer ’ s Office • Add new layers of dry wall for soundproofing between H . C . Bathroom and Buildings & Grounds / Intern ’ s Office , between Buildings & Grounds / Intern ’ s Office and Women ’ s Bathroom and between Women ’ s bathroom and DPW Engineer ’ s Office . • Extend above ceiling between Women ’ s Bathroom and DPW Engineer ’ s Office . • Install baseboard molding to match the design or pattern on the existing baseboard . • Repair any damages |
