PROVIDE AND INSTALL CONCRETE PAD ACCORDING TO TRANSFORMER MANUFACTURER ' S RECOMMENDATIONS . PROVIDE DRIVEN GROUND IN TRANSFORMER BASE . Contractor to remove and replace existing transformer with new . Contractor responsible for all permitting . The contractor will install new transformer on site and haul away the old one . |
