It is the intent of this formal Request for Statement of Qualifications (RFSOQ) to receive proposals from qualified prospective proponents and select a qualified firm (Consultant) to design and construct a transit facility that accommodates the functional areas of administration, operations, maintenance, training, and parking including charging for electric vehicles.
